Showroom Consultant

About the role

The Showroom Consultant provides expert product selection assistance and design advice to customers in our Etobicoke showroom. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while driving sales and gross‑profit performance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist showroom customers in assessing their needs, guiding product selections and closing sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with designers, home builders and architects to generate profitable sales.
• Provide quick, reliable quotes and accurate delivery dates.
• Meet or exceed monthly product‑specific sales and gross‑profit targets.
• Enter orders and quotes in the system, expedite purchases and keep proactive communication with customers.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including short payments and returns, exceeding expectations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product literature for customer reference.
• Drive showroom sales through promotions and events.

Required profile

• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales and gross‑profit targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with designers, builders and architects.
