Showroom Consultant

About the role

EMCO Corporation is seeking a Showroom Consultant to provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to customers in its plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial product showroom. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist showroom visitors in assessing needs, recommending products, and closing sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with designers, builders, and architects to generate profitable sales.
• Provide accurate quotes and delivery dates promptly.
• Enter orders and quotes into the system, expedite purchases, and keep customers informed.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, including short payments and returns.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product literature and drive sales through promotions and attractive displays.
• Follow all safety regulations at customer locations.
