Service Team Associate

About the role

We are looking for friendly, team‑oriented individuals to join our Service Team as Associates, delivering a warm and efficient dining experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, serve food, and handle payments at the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment, covering front counter, drive‑through, or kitchen stations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly and helpful attitude; high school education or equivalent.
• Operations experience is a plus.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and reach across 36‑inch counters.
• Comfortable working in hot, noisy kitchen environments and handling kitchen equipment.
• Effective verbal communication and ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced setting.
