About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our team at Desh Punjab Sweets & Restaurant in Surrey. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality dining experience by preparing and serving specialty food, handling payments, and assisting guests with any special needs.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty food directly at customers' tables.
- Present bills, accept cash, credit/debit cards, travellers’ cheques, or room billing.
- Describe menu items, daily specials, and advise on selections.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after service.
- Take orders and relay them accurately to kitchen and bar staff.
Required profile
- Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Availability for early‑morning or morning shifts.
