About the role
Join a fast‑paced restaurant team as a Food Counter Attendant, providing friendly service and maintaining a clean dining environment. No prior experience is required – training will be provided.
Key responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables, trays, chairs and dining areas.
- Replenish condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
- Package take‑out orders and portion/wrap foods.
- Prepare, heat and finish simple food items.
- Take customer orders and serve at the counter or buffet tables.
- Stock refrigerators, salad bars and other storage areas.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, appliances and equipment.
- Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers and cupboards.
- Remove kitchen garbage and perform floor sweeping, mopping and polishing.
Required profile
- Client‑focused with efficient interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and a strong team player.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods.
