SEO Strategist – Remote (Canada)

About the role

NP Digital Canada is creating a new SEO Strategist position to strengthen its rapidly expanding SEO team. The role focuses on managing client SEO accounts, delivering data‑driven strategies, and presenting performance insights while driving innovation across the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day SEO activities for multiple client accounts.
• Develop and implement data‑backed SEO strategies to improve campaign performance.
• Prepare and present detailed SEO performance reports to clients.
• Lead strategic SEO planning for key Canadian clients.
• Collaborate with the Content Manager and other SEO team members to ensure cohesive execution.
• Identify opportunities to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the SEO practice.
• Contribute thought leadership and innovative ideas to NP Digital’s global SEO initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on SEO experience.
• Proven expertise across on‑page, off‑page, link‑building, technical, e‑commerce, local and international SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Vision for the future of SEO and ability to develop new service offerings.
• Eligible to work in Canada; Toronto‑based preferred due to occasional travel.
