SEO Specialist (Search Architect)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO Specialist – a “Search Architect” – to own and scale the organic traffic engine of our web ecosystem. This remote position requires continuous monitoring of search performance, rapid response to algorithm changes, and the ability to build sustainable authority for high‑value transactional queries.

Key responsibilities

• Technical SEO Auditing: run continuous site crawls, eliminate indexing roadblocks, and maintain optimal Core Web Vitals scores.
• Intent & Keyword Engineering: map high‑conversion, long‑tail keyword structures and prioritize commercial‑intent terms.
• On‑Page Optimization: optimize landing pages, schema markup, and content layout to capture featured snippets and AI‑driven search results.
• Authority Building: design and scale a high‑equity backlink network to protect against algorithm volatility.
• Programmatic & Scaled SEO: collaborate with engineering to deploy programmatic SEO systems and dynamic page frameworks for massive long‑tail coverage.
• Analytics & Attribution: own visibility dashboards, track impression share, keyword positions, and organic CAC to inform growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling organic traffic for high‑velocity tech, digital media, or consumer platforms.
• Data‑first mindset: decisions driven by concrete metrics from SEO tools.
• Deep understanding of HTML, URL logic, canonical patterns, mobile‑first design, and crawl‑budget efficiency.
• High availability: ability to respond quickly to algorithm updates or site issues at any time.
