SEO Specialist

About the role

Jane is building a unique team embedded inside a healthcare SaaS product, delivering SEO, Google Ads, social, and website services to clinics using the platform. As an SEO Specialist you will take ownership of a proven SEO program and scale its impact across hundreds of clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex client escalations before they reach the Platform Lead, providing confident, well‑reasoned recommendations.
• Identify strategic patterns and opportunities across a portfolio of 300+ clinics and propose scalable improvements.
• Improve systems, workflows, and internal documentation used by the SEO Representative team.
• Develop and upskill the SEO Representative team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and hands‑on guidance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results in local or technical SEO.
• Demonstrated leadership or training experience, having mentored junior team members.
• Experience managing a multi‑site or portfolio‑scale SEO environment.
• Clear communicator able to translate SEO strategy into language clinic owners understand; healthcare experience is a plus.
