SEO Onboarding Representative

About the role

This position supports a large portfolio of healthcare clinics in Canada, ensuring their online visibility translates into patient bookings. The role blends hands‑on technical SEO execution with strategic leadership to scale SEO processes across hundreds of websites.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee SEO performance and onboarding quality for a large set of clinic websites.
• Manage and resolve complex SEO escalations, providing clear recommendations before issues reach senior leadership.
• Analyze performance trends and identify scalable optimization opportunities.
• Improve internal SEO workflows, documentation, and operational processes.
• Support onboarding by implementing foundational technical and on‑page SEO elements.
• Act as a bridge between SEO representatives and platform leadership to ensure alignment.
• Mentor junior SEO team members through coaching and hands‑on guidance.
• Translate SEO insights into actionable recommendations for non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven results in local or technical SEO.
• Strong understanding of website architecture, information hierarchy, on‑page SEO, and heading structure.
• Experience working in multi‑site or portfolio‑based SEO environments.
• Prior mentoring, training, or team‑leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify SEO concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
