About the role

Join Sectigo’s Ottawa team to help build the next‑generation trust infrastructure that powers certificate lifecycle management for thousands of global customers. You will turn complex, distributed systems into reliable, production‑grade services that support high‑performance, cloud‑native operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate scalable services for certificate lifecycle and emerging trust models.
• Define deployment, scaling, and recovery strategies to ensure high correctness and resilience.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to embed production readiness early in the design process.
• Work across the ecosystem to shape how modern trust infrastructure is operated in real‑world environments.
• Maintain operational discipline, monitoring, and incident response for critical services.

Required profile

• Think beyond deployment, focusing on operability, failure scenarios, and recovery.
• Disciplined about production reality rather than just engineering intent.
• Enjoy working at the intersection of engineering and operations, influencing system design from day one.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, architecture, and upstream components.
