Senior Tax Analyst – Corporate & Indirect Tax

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to join a well‑established, fast‑growing organization. Reporting to the Tax Director, you will manage corporate and indirect tax compliance across Canada and the United States, support tax audits, and provide strategic recommendations to improve tax processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Canadian corporate tax returns (T2, T5013) and related forms.
• Assist in quarterly tax provisions and year‑end adjustments.
• Monitor and reconcile tax accounts in the general ledger.
• Calculate tax installments and prepare tax‑related journal entries.
• Support corporate and indirect tax audits, liaise with tax authorities, and coordinate responses.
• Review indirect tax returns and aid accounting teams with compliance obligations.
• Conduct ad‑hoc tax analyses and contribute to special projects.
• Stay current on legislative changes and assess their impact.
• Collaborate with internal finance teams and external advisors as needed.

Required profile

• CPA designation with a Master’s degree in Taxation or equivalent training.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian and U.S. tax regulations.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and rigor.
