Senior Talent Partner – Sales & Professional Services (6‑month contract)

About the role

Chapter 2 is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to support a leading SaaS procurement company in the United States. This six‑month contract focuses on hiring sales and professional services talent, working closely with senior stakeholders to fill go‑to‑market positions that manage complex enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior sales leadership to understand hiring needs and define talent strategies.
• Design, iterate, and scale hiring processes to deliver speed and quality.
• Utilise ATS and recruitment analytics to optimise pipelines and reporting.
• Identify, test, and implement new sourcing channels, tools, and technologies.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, solutions sales, and product roles.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for sales and professional services in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record hiring across the United States.
• Comfortable engaging senior sales leaders in high‑growth environments.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
