About the role

The Senior Talent Partner will act as a strategic hiring advisor, leading end‑to‑end recruitment for senior and high‑impact roles in a fast‑growing remote environment. You will own the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, while shaping talent processes and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute full‑cycle recruitment strategies for senior creative, project management and strategic positions.
• Partner with senior hiring managers and leadership as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations for individual contributors and team‑lead roles.
• Develop and continuously improve recruiting frameworks, playbooks and hiring standards.
• Mentor junior recruiters, sharing best practices and supporting their development.
• Collaborate on talent‑operations initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a marketing agency, creative services, remote‑first tech company or similar fast‑paced environment.
• Proven track record hiring senior individual contributors and first‑time managers.
• Strong business judgment, excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous situations while maintaining high quality.
