About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our hiring efforts across a fast‑growing, global healthcare technology company. In this full‑time, onsite position you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and secure top talent to support our aggressive growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source, attract, and recruit high‑quality candidates through headhunting, networking, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of industry professionals to meet ongoing hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor recruitment strategies.
• Achieve hiring targets by filling 10+ positions per month and qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in executive recruiting, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to source and close senior‑level candidates.
• Extensive professional network within relevant industries.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
