About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of critical and leadership positions for our clients across North America. This remote, contract role offers the opportunity to partner directly with senior executives and shape talent strategies in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and place top‑tier talent for senior and specialized roles.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines for future leadership needs.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on workforce planning and talent forecasting.
• Leverage proactive sourcing techniques to reduce time‑to‑fill, especially for niche positions.
• Manage multiple high‑priority searches simultaneously while ensuring a high level of candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Proven headhunting and networking capabilities.
• Excellent organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a high sense of urgency, accountability and attention to detail.
• Experience working with corporate functions such as HR, Finance, Operations or Marketing.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
