Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Corporate & Leadership Hiring

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead corporate and leadership hiring across multiple retail functions. The role is fully remote, operating on Pacific Time hours, and focuses on sourcing top‑tier talent for HR, Merchandising, Marketing, Store Development, and E‑Commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate and leadership positions.
• Design and execute proactive headhunting and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence to identify high‑caliber candidates.
• Build and maintain pipelines for leadership and niche roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders on hiring strategy.
• Engage passive candidates and ensure a premium candidate experience.
• Source talent through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.
• Provide regular pipeline updates and market insights.
• Support recruitment strategy discussions and talent planning initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment experience with a focus on corporate and leadership hiring.
• Proven background in retail headhunting across corporate functions.
• Successful track record in executive search and passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing complex hiring needs.
• Familiarity with U.S./global market dynamics is preferred.
• Fluency in English.
