Senior Supply Chain Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Brampton, Ontario site. In this position you will turn demand, inventory and operational data into actionable production plans that keep a complex manufacturing environment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain weekly production plans aligned with demand forecasts and operational capacity.
• Manage Material Requirements Planning (MRP) to ensure timely availability of raw materials and support procurement of flowers and consumables.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies and support inventory investigations.
• Lead supplier communications, schedule regular meetings, manage purchase orders, delivery timelines and performance expectations.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks, material shortages and other constraints.
• Track and report key production‑planning KPIs, analyse performance data and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, Operations, Regulatory and other cross‑functional teams to align planning with compliance and release schedules.
• Escalate production issues and develop mitigation plans to maintain operational continuity.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.

• Supplier management and KPI tracking capabilities.
