About the role
We are seeking a senior leader to drive end‑to‑end supply planning for our beverage operations in Canada. Reporting to senior leadership, the Director will shape strategy, ensure integration across demand, supply and production, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise‑wide supply planning strategies that align with business growth.
- Oversee the supply review process, coordinating demand forecasting, production scheduling and S&OP.
- Lead the monthly S&OP cycle, providing data‑driven recommendations to senior executives.
- Conduct scenario analysis and supply‑risk modeling to anticipate disruptions.
- Implement and continuously improve advanced planning tools, analytics and digital planning capabilities.
- Maintain governance frameworks to balance service levels, cost and inventory performance.
Required profile
- Proven senior leadership experience in supply planning, S&OP or related supply chain functions.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to influence executive decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of driving operational excellence in a large, complex organization.

What we offer
- Hybrid work model – three days on‑site in Brampton and two days remote.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $144,000 to $194,000 CAD per year.
