Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition

About the role

Mastercard’s Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition – Product to lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑ to senior‑level product roles across North America. The role partners closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract world‑class talent and deliver an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a portfolio of product positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies, building diverse pipelines through internal and external talent pools.
• Proactively source candidates using market intelligence tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and advise on best practices.
• Ensure a seamless, inclusive candidate journey at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving market conditions.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition within a large, global, matrixed organization.
• Proven track record recruiting senior‑level professionals, preferably in product, strategy, technology, or payments functions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and ability to build and manage talent pipelines.
• Results‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment.
