About the role
The Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement team is seeking a Senior Specialist to support the execution of global talent acquisition initiatives. The role reports to the Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Enablement and focuses on optimizing recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experiences across the recruitment lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate cross‑regional projects by shaping solution design and prioritization, leveraging advisory expertise and strong collaboration to deliver scalable, data‑informed, user‑centric solutions.
- Support technology enhancements and drive successful global adoption of new tools and practices.
- Partner across regions to ensure solutions are aligned, practical, and built for scale.
Required profile
- Strong consultative problem‑solving mindset with ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate globally within a matrixed organization.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
- Data‑informed decision‑making to drive continuous improvement.
Required skills
- Experience with Workday ATS or similar applicant tracking systems.
