Senior Specialist – Sales Excellence

About the role

Ethoca, a Mastercard company, is looking for a Senior Specialist to lead its Sales Excellence function. The role focuses on end‑to‑end sales compensation, data governance and reporting, ensuring accurate and compliant commission payouts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales compensation cycle, from commission calculation to payout execution.
• Validate and reconcile Salesforce bookings with revenue and billing data.
• Maintain data quality in Salesforce opportunities and enforce governance standards.
• Prepare commission statements, payout reports and supporting documentation with audit‑ready accuracy.
• Investigate commission inquiries, resolve disputes and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Develop analytical models, dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure timely, compliant payments.
• Support audits, compensation plan changes and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Professional designations such as CPA or CFA are a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage complex datasets and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Finance, HR and Payroll teams.
