Senior Site Superintendent – ICI Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Superintendent to lead large‑scale, ground‑up ICI construction projects across Ontario. The role involves overseeing daily site operations, coordinating multiple trades, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction activities for projects valued at $100M+.
• Manage subcontractors, trades, site staff, logistics, and day‑to‑day field operations.
• Maintain schedules, safety standards, quality expectations, and client requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and leadership team to resolve site challenges.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, consultants, inspectors, and trade partners.
• Travel across Ontario as required by project locations.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a Site Superintendent on ground‑up ICI projects.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale projects valued around $100M+.
• Experience working with a reputable General Contractor.
• Excellent leadership, communication, scheduling, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ontario.
