Senior Salesforce Architect – Product-to-Cash

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Product‑to‑Cash landscape on Salesforce. Reporting to the Sr Manager‑AI & Platform Architecture, you will coach engineers and solution designers while raising architectural standards across Revenue Cloud Advanced and the broader quote‑to‑cash lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers, building capability in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing.
• Produce High‑Level Designs, Low‑Level Designs, and conceptual diagrams to communicate architecture to technical and business audiences.
• Manage architecture and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with platform standards and long‑term Product‑to‑Cash direction.
• Define, maintain, and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Build Proof of Concepts to validate design decisions before delivery.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture of quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfillment, billing, invoicing, revenue, and customer success processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience covering implementation, configuration, and solution design.
• 3–5 years of experience specifically with Revenue Cloud Advanced/CPQ and billing systems.

• Salesforce platform expertise.
• Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and CPQ configuration.
• AI‑first tools such as Agentforce and Claude.
• Integration design and governance.
