About the role
AeroVect is building the future of autonomous ground handling and needs a Senior Recruiter to help scale its field operations team across major airports. You will partner directly with the founders and operations leaders to attract top‑tier talent in a fast‑moving, competitive market.
Key responsibilities
- Source, engage, and recruit operators, technicians, and other field‑operations professionals.
- Collaborate with the founding team and principal recruiter to define hiring goals and align sourcing strategies.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of high‑quality candidates and ensure a seamless, high‑touch candidate experience.
- Leverage innovative sourcing channels such as networking events, industry meet‑ups, and targeted marketing campaigns.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
- Proven success recruiting field‑operations talent (operators, technicians, etc.).
- Experience working in fast‑growing, quickly scaling start‑ups.
