Senior Property Manager

About the role

SiteLine Group is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of its multi‑family and commercial assets in North York, Ontario. This full‑time, on‑site position will ensure properties meet the company’s high standards of performance, tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multi‑family and commercial properties, including tenant relations and service delivery.
• Develop, monitor and report on property budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and renovation projects, ensuring timely and cost‑effective execution.
• Supervise on‑site staff, providing leadership and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable real‑estate regulations, leasing processes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement the SiteLine Transformation Program and other strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in property management for multi‑family and commercial assets.
• Strong financial management abilities, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Proven leadership and team‑management skills.
• Knowledge of real‑estate regulations, legal requirements and leasing processes.
• Relevant certifications or a Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent property matters and high‑stakes situations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software and general computer applications.
