Consultant II – Domestic Relocation (Remote, Canada)

About the role

The Relocation Consultant II acts as the navigator for domestic transferees, managing the end‑to‑end relocation journey. This remote, Canada‑based position involves administering relocation policies, advising families on resource utilization, and coordinating household goods shipments, destination services and expense management.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and deliver impeccable customer service to both external and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate all phases of relocation activities in line with client contracts, including home‑sale processes, equity funding, and supplier partner tasks.
• Review and interpret marketing reports, appraisals, inspections, and ensure data integrity across Cartus systems.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote Cartus products and services to generate additional revenue.
• Establish effective relationships with network and non‑network brokers, facilitating property action plans and market updates.

Required profile

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Minimum two years of relocation or real‑estate experience with home‑sale closings.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• At least two years of customer‑service experience in a call‑center environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and analytical abilities.
