Leasing Professional – Multi‑site (Vancouver)

About the role

The Leasing Professional will support multiple Greystar communities in Vancouver, Washington, driving occupancy, revenue and resident satisfaction through end‑to‑end leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours and show available apartments.
• Process applications, perform credit screenings and criminal background checks.
• Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages and ensure a smooth resident move‑in experience.
• Inspect apartments prior to move‑in to confirm readiness and address any issues.
• Manage lease renewals and work to retain existing residents.
• Provide ongoing resident satisfaction support throughout the lease term.

Required profile

• Experience performing leasing and sales activities in a residential property setting.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to communicate clearly with prospects and residents.
• Detail‑oriented approach to application processing, documentation and apartment inspections.
