Senior Project Manager

About the role

Hilson Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead interior construction, tenant improvement, and civil projects from pre‑construction through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate all project facets, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction projects from pre‑construction to handover.
• Prepare and review estimates, budgets, schedules, and detailed project plans.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, trades, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contracts.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
• Lead project meetings and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation solutions.
• Support tendering, procurement, cost control, and overall project administration.
• Travel to various project sites as required.

Required profile

• Extensive civil construction and project management experience.
• Proven estimating background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Confidence dealing with clients, consultants, trades, and site teams.
• Capacity to work under pressure and make timely decisions.
• Hands‑on, proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility.
