Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital agency seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead web design and development projects from concept to delivery. You will act as the bridge between clients, creative teams, and developers, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all project phases using agile methodologies, coordinating with creative and development teams.
• Create and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Assign tasks to designers and developers, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Serve as the primary client representative, maintaining strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Provide insights and suggestions as projects evolve and supervise developer performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years managing complex technical projects in an agency, web development, or digital marketing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in agile environments and strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English and a collaborative mindset.
