Digital Asset & Workflow Systems Specialist – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Asset & Workflow Systems Specialist to join Hasbro’s Longueuil team for a 12‑month maternity‑leave replacement. The role focuses on developing, testing and maintaining automated workflows that support the creation of product, digital and printed assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, improve and test automated workflows for product, digital and printed asset development.
• Support user‑acceptance testing, resolve errors and implement change requests.
• Design data dashboards and build searches to extract system data for reporting.
• Create training materials and deliver training sessions for new system users.
• Collaborate with Digital Content Specialists to define conventions and maintain a secure systems environment.
• Identify and propose new system features to enhance user efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate complex processes into automated workflows.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous and innovative mindset.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Esko WebCenter.
• Experience with Adobe Workfront.
• Experience with Monday.com.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Proficiency in Power Automate.
• Knowledge of Java scripting (nice to have).
