Senior Project Manager

About the role

Quantum Industrial Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple industrial projects focused on corrosion protection, coatings, and linings. Based in Prince George, BC, this full‑time hybrid position combines on‑site oversight with flexible remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for complex, multi‑phase industrial projects.
• Coordinate resources, manage logistics, and oversee expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and conduct site visits and inspections.
• Monitor progress against milestones, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, supporting the company’s HSE program.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale industrial or construction projects, preferably in coatings, corrosion protection, or infrastructure rehabilitation.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk‑management capabilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Post‑secondary education in engineering, construction management, business or related field; PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
