Senior Project Manager – Interior Design & Architecture

About the role

Studio Paolo Ferrari is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead interior‑design and architecture projects from concept through construction. You will work with an award‑winning team delivering high‑profile, luxury brand projects while fostering a collaborative studio culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full Construction Administration (CA) lifecycle for multiple mid‑to‑large scale projects, including site oversight, documentation, RFIs, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, consultants, contractors, and fabricators to ensure design intent is accurately translated into built environments.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and cost control throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct mock‑up inspections, shop‑drawing reviews, and deficiency assessments.
• Travel as needed for site visits, shop inspections, and client meetings, including international trips.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of project management experience in interior design, architecture, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years leading Construction Administration on complex projects.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline; professional certifications (PMP, NCIDQ, LEED AP) are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international building codes or local OBC.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
