Senior Project Manager, Government Solutions

About the role

Archistar is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI‑driven enterprise software solutions for municipal governments across Canada and North America. You will act as the main delivery liaison, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of government SaaS projects from contract signing through go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Own project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and delivery outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure alignment with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Serve as the primary contact for government customers and strategic partners, building relationships at technical, operational, and executive levels.
• Facilitate governance meetings, status updates, and executive reporting.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve delivery issues and risks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Technical teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive, and technically confident.
• Proven experience navigating enterprise or government delivery environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, project governance, and cross‑functional coordination skills.
• Ability to operate in complex and politically sensitive settings.
