Senior Product Manager - Technical

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Technical to lead the AI Decisioning Foundation program. You will shape intelligent, decision‑based products that operate at global scale, combining streaming analytics, business rules, and AI engines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed technical analysis of hardware and software to meet business and functional requirements.
• Translate system requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria using Agile methodology.
• Facilitate scoping and review sessions for technical requirements and stories.
• Define product, customer metrics, and KPIs while providing thought leadership.
• Design and prototype features, decompose requirements, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with engineering to deliver high‑quality solutions.
