Senior Specialist – Product Management

About the role

Mastercard’s Security Solutions team is looking for a Senior Specialist in Product Management to drive market analysis, performance tracking and strategic planning for its suite of security products, including identity, fraud, AI and cybersecurity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead market analysis for the Security Solutions product suite, develop dashboards, forecast performance and provide analytics for product development and market enablement.
• Plan, coordinate and prepare product analysis aligned with market needs and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with global product, sales, account management and customer success teams to ensure seamless product performance measurement and fraud analysis.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategies.
• Own product performance activities, present at quarterly fraud reviews, prepare internal webinars and monitor post‑launch performance.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points and competitive opportunities, contributing to product roadmap discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payments or related industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and regional stakeholders.
