Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead Comm100, an AI‑powered omnichannel customer service platform, through its next phase of growth. Reporting to the Board of Directors and based in Vancouver, the CEO will combine strategic vision with hands‑on execution to scale revenue and strengthen market leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute company strategy to drive scalable revenue growth.
• Build a predictable, repeatable go‑to‑market engine across sales, marketing and partnerships.
• Accelerate ARR growth to 20‑30% by improving GTM execution and expanding into high‑value verticals.
• Improve growth efficiency across sales, marketing and customer success functions.
• Strengthen Comm100’s position in AI‑powered customer engagement technologies.
• Focus the business on enterprise‑level customers and high‑value segments.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high‑performance senior leadership team.
• Establish operating rigor through KPIs, forecasting, metrics and quarterly planning.
• Partner with the Board to create long‑term enterprise value.
• Represent the company with key customers, partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Growth‑oriented B2B SaaS executive with a track record scaling companies through the $20M‑$50M revenue stage.
• Proven ability to build repeatable go‑to‑market processes, sharpen market positioning and improve operational performance.
• Credibility with enterprise customers, boards and investors.
• Experience in senior SaaS leadership roles such as CEO, President, GM, CRO or equivalent.

Required skills
