Senior Network Engineer – Winnipeg

About the role

This senior-level position is with a well‑established IT service provider that has been operating for 20 years. You will act as the primary technical advisor for clients, designing and evolving enterprise‑grade network environments across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud platforms while ensuring security and high availability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise network solutions for a diverse client base across Canada.
• Lead engagements, guide security and high‑availability designs, and serve as the L3 escalation point for complex incidents.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and support client meetings.
• Document architectures, standards, and configurations clearly and consistently.
• Travel to client sites as needed for hardware upgrades and configuration tasks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of network administration experience in a managed‑services environment.
• Experience working with small and medium‑sized clients in various industries.
• Current residence in the Winnipeg region or nearby.
• Senior‑level expertise with a strong focus on design, security, and troubleshooting.
