Senior Marketing Manager (1-year contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our banking client’s team in Toronto on a 1‑year contract. The role will drive integrated marketing plans that align with brand standards and strategic objectives, supporting customer acquisition, retention and sales promotion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and manage end‑to‑end marketing campaigns, from strategy through implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, overseeing solution implementation and ongoing maintenance.
• Analyse emerging market trends and business issues to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to the business group.
• Negotiate and influence stakeholders to achieve marketing and business goals.
• Prepare regular and ad‑hoc performance reports, dashboards and budget tracking.
• Monitor project milestones, identify risks and recommend adjustments to meet objectives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in asset‑management marketing, including exposure to ETFs.
• Degree or diploma in business, marketing, advertising or communications.
• Proven ability to develop comprehensive marketing plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence within a business environment.
