Senior Manager, Strategy

About the role

Kensington Tours, the world’s leading private touring company, is building a high‑caliber strategy function to accelerate growth and sharpen its competitive positioning. Reporting to the VP of Strategy, the Senior Manager, Strategy will join a lean, high‑impact team and drive strategic priorities across Kensington and the broader Range Travel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end strategy engagements, from problem definition and hypothesis development to analysis, synthesis and executive‑ready recommendations.
• Structure ambiguous, complex business problems into clear analytical frameworks and work plans.
• Build financial models and conduct quantitative analysis to diagnose issues, size market opportunities and evaluate strategic options.
• Synthesize complex information into crisp narratives for senior leadership and Board audiences.
• Drive projects through implementation and maintain accountability for outcomes.
• Support annual strategic planning at the business‑unit and portfolio level.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking, market sizing and industry research, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor luxury‑travel trends, surface insights and help shape Kensington’s strategic positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a generalist strategy role with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent executive communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
• Track record of delivering strategic projects from conception to implementation.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
