Senior Manager, Strategic Operations

About the role

Lankin Investments is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Operations to drive enterprise‑wide operational improvement and value creation. Reporting to the VP of Strategic Operations, this senior leader will partner with department heads and senior leadership to accelerate performance across the growing real‑estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured operational reviews across departments, evaluating processes, governance frameworks, controls, reporting and technology, and develop prioritized improvement roadmaps with clear ownership and timelines.
• Identify and size value‑creation opportunities, distinguishing quick wins from larger initiatives that require cross‑functional planning, resourcing and coordination.
• Own end‑to‑end improvement initiatives, from scoping and business‑case development through execution and performance measurement, ensuring delivery against stated objectives.
• Drive change‑management activities, including stakeholder communication, training, adoption tracking and organisational design recommendations to improve performance and scalability.
• Assess technology and system gaps, lead vendor evaluations, system selection and implementation support to ensure practical, adopted solutions.
• Develop KPI frameworks, performance dashboards and initiative tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or a fast‑paced strategic/operational environment with a track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex findings into clear, actionable roadmaps.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, comfortable working directly with senior leadership.
• Experience leading cross‑functional projects and change‑management initiatives.
