Real Estate Appointment Setter

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and confident Appointment Setter to engage real‑estate agents across Canada and introduce them to our brokerage services. The role focuses on building relationships, communicating our value proposition, and securing qualified appointments for senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to real‑estate agents via phone, email and other outreach channels.
• Clearly present RE/MAX Millennium’s services, benefits and value offerings.
• Generate initial interest, build rapport and nurture relationships with agents.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with senior management or recruitment teams.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups and update the CRM with all outreach activity.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach and appointment‑booking targets.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, recruitment outreach or B2B calling (real‑estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with licensed real‑estate professionals.
• Confident, professional and results‑driven approach.
• Excellent follow‑up discipline and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a target‑driven environment.
