Junior Analyst, Asset Management

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join the Asset Management team at Lankin Investments. Reporting to the Senior Director, Asset Management, you will support the analysis, reporting and operational oversight of a multi‑billion‑dollar real‑estate portfolio across Canada.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analysing financial reports, performance metrics and asset dashboards.
• Monitor operational performance of the portfolio and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Support the development and implementation of asset‑management strategies.
• Help execute refinancing initiatives, including financial analysis, lender due‑diligence packages and performance updates.
• Maintain records of financing terms, covenants and interest obligations.
• Assist with CMHC‑insured financing applications and related documentation.
• Participate in capital‑expenditure project planning, budgeting, tracking and coordination with property‑management and vendors.
• Perform financial modelling and market analysis to inform investment decisions.
• Prepare regular internal and investor reports.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in real‑estate finance or asset management.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
