Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Engagement

About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Communications & Engagement leads the communication strategy for the Global Wealth, Banking & Markets Technology organization. This role translates enterprise and technology strategy into clear, compelling messaging that drives employee engagement and supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver high‑impact executive communications aligned with the organization’s voice and strategic goals.
• Create executive‑ready materials such as presentations, speaking notes, and town‑hall decks.
• Plan, track, and coordinate communication projects and events, handling logistics, agendas, and follow‑up.
• Lead internal communications across intranet, employee communities, internal social channels, and campaign emails.
• Collaborate with technology communications, HR, IT&S, and finance teams to ensure consistent, clear messaging.
• Serve as liaison between executives, project teams, and various departments to ensure seamless information flow.
• Support priority initiatives and cross‑functional programs, acting as a flexible execution arm.
• Own the employee engagement narrative, driving initiatives such as Pulse and Applause, and partner with HR and talent leaders.
• Define and track KPIs to measure communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications or a comparable role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Proven experience creating professional executive decks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
