Senior Manager, SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)

About the role

PwC's SAP Consulting practice, within its Supply Chain and Operations line of service, offers business application consulting that helps clients optimise operational efficiency. This newly created Senior Manager role leads client, PwC and technology partner teams in delivering SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, covering asset and work management, master data, analytics and reporting. The salary range is $168,000 - $218,000.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver high-quality EAM engagements and implementations
• Advise clients on asset and work management best practices; knowledge of IPSECA, ISO 55000/55001/55002 and familiarity with SAP Activate are beneficial
• Guide clients on master data management, maintenance and conversion approaches, and asset and work management analytics and reporting
• Lead design sessions, develop and approve project deliverables, and configure, develop and test the solutions
• Lead business development and proposals, mentor junior client and PwC personnel, and guide them through the full project lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including RFP responses, demos, SOWs and contracts
• Build client relationships, define resources, workflows, budgets, billing and collection, and present complex materials
• Work with functional, technical, reporting and training teams on solution design and delivery
• Mentor team members and report status, risks and issues with the project management team

Required profile

• Solid experience with EAM, preferably S/4HANA, with at least 2 end-to-end implementations delivered on time and on budget
• Experience leading a functional team of consultants through all phases of an implementation
• Bachelor's degree in business or MBA preferred; SAP certification highly preferred
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (e.g. oil and gas, mining, utilities, manufacturing)
