Senior Manager, People & Culture

About the role

The Senior Manager, People & Culture partners with senior leaders across four public entities to drive business outcomes through talent management, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience. This hands‑on role blends strategic advisory with pragmatic delivery, collaborating closely with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and People Services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of three HR professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted operational partner to leadership, aligning People & Culture services with organizational priorities.
• Simplify, automate, and standardize HR administrative processes to enhance employee and manager experience.
• Oversee creation of training resources, documentation, and self‑service tools for knowledge management.
• Partner with business leaders to translate People strategy into actionable plans that support performance.
• Provide workforce planning, talent decisions, and organizational effectiveness guidance.
• Support leaders with headcount, structure, critical role identification, and succession risk analysis.
• Champion a culture of business partnership across four corporate entities and advise on employment law, policies, performance management, discipline, attendance, and employee concerns.

• Dynamic, entrepreneurial HR professional with a track record of driving change and transformation.
• Deep experience in people matters across global organizations and varied business models.
• Strong influencing, negotiating, and networking abilities in HR and culture issues.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to build a solid HR foundation as the business evolves.
