Senior Manager, Maintenance

About the role

The Senior Manager, Maintenance will lead all maintenance, reliability, utilities, asset‑care and technical services functions for Coke Canada Bottling’s largest manufacturing facility in Brampton. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role is pivotal in ensuring equipment reliability, plant availability, safety and overall maintenance effectiveness while building technical capability across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site maintenance and asset‑reliability strategy.
• Lead maintenance managers, planners, supervisors, trades, contractors and technical specialists.
• Drive preventive, predictive and condition‑based maintenance programs.
• Implement reliability‑centered maintenance practices.
• Oversee utilities management, maintenance planning and capital execution support.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives and a proactive safety culture.
• Provide strategic leadership for reliability engineering and asset care.
• Support 24/7 maintenance operations, including occasional out‑of‑hours work.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading maintenance, reliability and utilities functions in a large manufacturing environment.
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and plant availability.
• Ability to develop technical capability across maintenance and operations teams.
• Experience with preventive, predictive and condition‑based maintenance programs.
• Leadership skills to manage diverse teams of managers, supervisors, trades and contractors.
• Commitment to safety, loss elimination and operational excellence.
