Oil Field Labourer

About the role

Join Fluidstream as an Oil Field Labourer, supporting field operations across Alberta, British Columbia and the Prairies. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, handling repetitive tasks and heavy loads while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general labour duties on oil field sites, including loading and unloading materials up to 23 kg (50 lb).
• Assist crew members with equipment setup, maintenance, and basic operations.
• Follow all safety protocols, undergo driver’s licence and background checks, and pass drug testing.
• Travel to various locations on the road and be available for shift, on‑call, weekend and overtime work.
• Maintain attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination while working in physically demanding conditions.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass drug, criminal record, and driving record checks.
• Physically capable of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling and lifting up to 23 kg.
• Team player with 1‑2 years of experience in oil field or similar field work.
• Available for shift, on‑call, weekend and overtime schedules.
• Not currently a student.
