Senior Manager, Investment Accounting & Reporting

About the role

BCI is seeking a Senior Manager to lead investment accounting and reporting for its diverse portfolio of assets. The role sits at the intersection of complex IFRS reporting, operational controls, and emerging AI‑driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage internal and external financial reporting deliverables for pooled funds and program statements.
• Resolve IFRS accounting issues related to complex financial instruments and private‑market structures.
• Oversee daily validation of net asset values and maintain a robust internal control framework.
• Apply AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide technical guidance across finance, valuation, and investment teams.
• Act as primary contact for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external advisors.

Required profile

• Significant experience in investment accounting, preferably from a Big 4 or investment‑management environment.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS standards and complex financial instruments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and risk management.
