Matrix360 is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting to lead the corporate accounting function within its dynamic real‑estate environment. This high‑impact leadership position will shape financial reporting, drive process scalability, and support strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the integrity of financial reporting and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Oversee multi‑entity consolidations and manage the month‑end close process.
• Partner with senior leadership, asset‑management, and investment teams to deliver timely, accurate financial information.
• Develop and implement scalable accounting processes and strengthen internal controls.
• Support accounting implications of acquisitions, joint ventures, and development projects.

Required profile

• Proven accounting leader with experience in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented real‑estate environments.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable handling the full spectrum of corporate accounting, including consolidations and transaction accounting.
• Pragmatic, composed, and solutions‑oriented with a focus on precision under tight timelines.
