Senior Manager, Enterprise and Cyber Security

About the role

Enercare Inc. is looking for a Senior Manager to lead and mature its enterprise and cyber security posture across a hybrid environment. The role will protect information assets, identities and core technology platforms while balancing risk, resilience and business enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as senior security leader and trusted advisor, translating risk into business impacts.
• Prepare and deliver monthly security posture and risk updates to senior leadership.
• Align security controls, processes and technology roadmaps to enterprise resilience.
• Lead the IT Security function, building high‑performing teams through hiring, coaching and succession planning.
• Own security investment decisions, prioritising funding based on measurable risk reduction.
• Define and maintain a multi‑year security roadmap aligned with strategy and risk appetite.
• Develop and govern enterprise security standards across cybersecurity, identity, infrastructure and cloud environments.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in cybersecurity or enterprise security.
• Strong ability to communicate risk and security concepts to senior business leaders.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams such as Infrastructure, Cloud, IT Operations and Business units.
• Track record of building and managing high‑performing security teams.
